Can I switch plans at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from your dashboard. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of that billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Question 3

What counts as a "page"?

Accepted Answer

Any URL on your Shopify store that Cassian™ scans counts as one page. This includes product pages, collection pages, blog posts, and static pages. Your homepage always counts as one page. Pagination variants of the same page (e.g. /collections/all?page=2) are counted separately because each serves different content.

Do I need a Shopify connector for Cassian to work?

No. Cassian™ works without any connector — it scans your storefront using real browser rendering. Connecting your Shopify admin unlocks deeper checks: backend vs frontend verification, metafield access, and translation completeness. The connector is optional but recommended.

How does annual billing work?

Accepted Answer

Annual billing gives you a 17% discount. You pay for 10 months and get 12. The full annual amount is charged upfront. You can cancel at any time — you’ll keep access until your paid period ends.

Can I monitor more than one store?

Every plan includes 1 site. Additional sites are $15/month each, regardless of your plan tier. Managing multiple client stores? Our Agency plan starts at $99/month with per-site pricing. For large organisations, Enterprise pricing is custom — talk to us.

What’s the difference between Protector and Guardian?

Protector gives you daily scans, multi-channel alerts (Slack, Discord, Telegram), daily link checks, Cassian Sentinel™ uptime monitoring (5 min), and Order Pulse monitoring. Guardian adds hourly Order Pulse analysis, 5,000-page scans, larger AI product feeds (100K products), and 90-day screenshot history. If you want the deepest monitoring and fastest alert response, Guardian is the tier.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are paid upfront but you can cancel the renewal at any time. Enterprise agreements are custom and typically annual.
